Uses
- Cold Compress: Store in the freezer or refrigerator freezer (-10℃ -- 20℃) for more than 30 minutes before use
- Hot Compress: Heat in the microwave on medium heat wrapped in a small wet towel. Start with 20 seconds and add 15 seconds if needed
- Hot Water Heating: Soak in boiling water for about 4 minutes, add 1 minute if needed
Warnings
Never put the bag in a microwave oven that has not been filled with water to raise the temperature.
